Lead developer Tyler Olmstead released v169 on Wednesday evening, January 15th.  Updates include:



  1. Merchant Integration - CardConnect and 360 Payments!
  2. Workflow page has an adjustable horizon
  3. Customer contact information has an updated UI






#1 - Merchant Integration - CardConnect and 360 Payments!


Shop-Ware is excited to announce merchant integration with CardConnect and 360 Payments!  


Staff with access to Shop Settings will see a new "Merchant" tab, with the means to configure accounts and terminals.




Existing customers of either merchant should reach out to their account rep for details on hardware support.  Once you have the proper hardware you can configure through your Merchant settings tab.

This will be a phased rollout across beta users and beyond.  Please be patient as we get everyone onboard.  There has been a lot of anticipation for this release!

#2 - Workflow page has an adjustable horizon


Staff with access to the Workflow page can now customize how they view tech versus advisor areas with a horizon adjustment:




These views are custom by staff member.  Your preferred position will not affect other users, so you can adjust anytime with confidence.










#3 - Customer contact information has an updated UI


In our pursuit of multiple phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses, we are moving the in place editing for customer information into a modal.  


From the RO, you can no longer edit the customer phone or email in place.  Click the triple-dot menu icon and select Edit Contact Info:



On the Customer Profile page, find the pencil icon next to the Customer's "Contact Info":
